Appsys announces 5 new Flexiverters, expected to be available in Spring 2026.
Appsys ProAudio is has announced they’ll be significantly expanding the Flexiverter lineup with the release of five new models, bringing powerful new options for networked audio conversion to live sound, broadcast and installation.
Expected to be available in Spring 2026, the new units add native support for Ravenna, Ravenna with sample rate conversion (SRC), along with a Dante-to-Dante bridge with SRC, and two new MADI variants with SFP and coaxial connections.
The announcement marks a major step forward for audio engineers working across mixed networked audio ecosystems. With the addition of Ravenna and Dante interoperability, users will be able to convert freely between these formats, bridging between Dante and Ravenna networks seamlessly with options for sample rate conversion.
Like the other models in the range, each new Flexiverter features a primary and secondary Aux card for converting between two formats per unit, with support for a wide array of digital audio industry standards including AES-3, AES50, AVB, ADAT, Dante, AES67, and multiple flavours of MADI. This breadth of compatibility makes the Flexiverter family a versatile tool for engineers navigating increasingly diverse digital audio workflows.

Two Flexiverters can be connected together for converting between up to four different formats.
Two Flexiverters can also be connected and rackmounted side by side for up to four different formats, as well as being able to function as extensions to the Appsys Multiverter, enabling users to add additional audio formats to existing Multiverter systems, protecting engineers long-term investments as audio networks continue to evolve.
Reliability remains a core focus of the product range, with redundant power supplies included across the new models, making each unit particularly well suited to live sound and mission-critical applications. The compact form factor also allows Flexiverters to be deployed close to the point of need, reducing cable runs and simplifying system layouts.
With these five new Flexiverters, Appsys reinforces its commitment to open, flexible, and future-ready audio networking. As networked audio continues to diversify, the expanded Flexiverter range promises to give engineers working across recording studios, live sound and broadcast audio the tools they need to bridge formats, workflows and new technologies with confidence.
