Calrec Wins Best of Show at ISE 2026 for Orchestrating Distributed IP Production

Calrec is delighted to announce that its IP Ecosystem Powered by True Control 2.0 – Orchestrating Distributed IP Production – has won a Best of Show Award at Integrated Systems Europe 2026, presented by Installation Magazine.

The Awards recognise and celebrate the most innovative professional AV products and solutions showcased at the event. Judged by a panel of industry experts and editorial teams, entries are evaluated on feature set, ease of use, innovation and overall uniqueness within the market.

The win follows Calrec’s TVBEurope Best Of Show award win at IBC 2025 for the Argo M 48-fader console, underscoring continued industry recognition for a company at the forefront of professional broadcast audio innovation.

The Awards’ Editorial Team says “Congratulations, our team was highly impressed by the excellence and scope of this year’s entrants. To stand out and be recognised as Best of Show at ISE is a true testament to the hard work and dedication our winning companies have put into their products and solutions. Every winner should be really proud of their accomplishments.”

Calrec’s IP Ecosystem, powered by True Control 2.0, stood out for its ability to transform modern broadcast and AV workflows through distributed, hybrid and remote production. Designed for broadcasters, sports organisations, houses of worship and educational establishments, the ecosystem enables users to minimise costs, scale resources dynamically and embrace fully distributed IP production environments.

True Control 2.0 delivers seamless connectivity, allowing any Calrec system to be controlled from any location. Users gain access to more cores, faders and surfaces as required, with full control over EQ, dynamics, routing, direct outputs and delay.

A single controller can manage up to five other consoles or processing cores simultaneously, expanding system capability without additional hardware investment.

As hybrid and remote workflows become central to modern operations, Calrec’s IP Ecosystem allows teams to blend on-premise infrastructure with remote operations and virtual cloud resources.

Audio and video are decoupled from hardware, enabling thousands of audio channels to be orchestrated across distributed DSP environments. This includes integration with ImPulseV, Calrec’s virtualised audio mixing engine, which uses the same familiar Calrec interface and can be controlled from Argo consoles, True Control 2.0 or via the Assist web UI.

A live Calrec IP Ecosystem powered by True Control 2.0 was showcased at ISE 2026, integrating Argo consoles with ImPulse1 IP processing cores and the ImPulseV virtualised audio mixing engine – demonstrating a flexible, future-ready approach to IP production.

Sid Stanley, Managing Director for Calrec, says “Winning the Best of Show Award at ISE 2026 is a fantastic recognition of our vision for distributed IP production. It reinforces our commitment to helping customers simplify workflows, reduce costs and scale production without compromise. True Control 2.0 and Calrec’s IP Ecosystem are designed to give broadcasters the flexibility, scalability and confidence they need to succeed in today’s hybrid and remote production environments.”
