Synthax UK will be heading to SoundPro 2018 for the second year running, the free open day for audio professionals held at Ealing Town Hall in London.
From 11am until 5pm on Saturday 6th October, Ealing Town Hall will play host to a series of guest speakers, covering topics such as film / TV production sound, media composition and location sound recording, along with practical demonstrations of the latest pro audio equipment.
If you work in audio for film, TV, post-production or game audio then this event is not to be missed, with last year’s show attracting over 200 visitors looking to meet and greet fellow audio industry heads, whilst getting hands on with the latest recording gear.
Members of the Synthax Audio UK team will be on-hand to demo and discuss products from the manufacturers we represent, including the likes of RME, Calrec, Ferrofish and Appsys Pro Audio.

Ferrofish A32 Dante – 32 in/ 32 out AD/DA Converter with MADI & Dante
The Ferrofish A32 Dante adds Dante connectivity to the already extensive I/O of the Ferrofish A32 AD/DA Converter. With 32 analogue inputs, 32 analogue outputs, MADI, ADAT and Dante functionality, plus redundant power supplies and internal routing, the Ferrofish A32 Dante packs an incredible level of functionality into a 1U box.

Appsys ProAudio Multiverter – Multi-Format Digital Audio Converter with optional Sample Rate Converter
The Appsys ProAudio Multiverter is a digital format converter with ADAT, MADI, AES50 and Dante/AES67 connectivity, with additional formats planned via breakout cables, and operating at sample rates up to 192kHz. It can also act as a master clock, includes word clock I/O on BNC, and can be slaved to other digital devices. Triple redundant power supplies provide an unprecedented level of failsafe, with even the option to battery power via industry standard 4-pin XLR battery packs.
Appsys also recently launched the SRC-64, a user-installable upgrade that adds considerable sample rate conversion capabilities to the Multiverter.
